Making Your Day A Happy Day

Are you the type of person who is easily affected by the outer circumstances?  Are you easily angered or frustrated by other people?

By dwelling on the negative effects of your environment, you are not maximizing the law of attraction.  The law of attraction can help you make a great day for yourself.  To be able to use this law, you can use visualization techniques in identifying your intentions to attract them to you.

Attract love in the morning.

Upon waking up, spend some time visualizing the things that you would like to take place during the day.  Imagine the activities that you will do, the people that you expect to meet, and the opportunities that you would like to come to you.  Define the mood that you would like to have during the day.

Attract these thoughts further by writing the details of the things that you would like to happen during the day.  Jotting down your thoughts will help you see them more vividly.

Attract love by feeling it.

You can attract good things to you by feeling them as if they are already taking place.  The feelings of joy and gratitude can lead these things to you as you go through your day.  As you do your tasks, you feel good about yourself knowing that you are attracting good energies to yourself.

Don’t be attached to any experience so that you can attract love.

In case there are circumstances that did not turn out as expected, don’t dwell on them.  Just continue with your tasks and open yourself to the great things that are about to come to you.  Stay on a positive mood by focusing on the blessings that you have.  This will help you refrain from being worried or frustrated about your situation.

Just keep repeating these thoughts and you can start attracting wonderful things to you again.  Start each day using this process and you will notice that you seem to be attracting the best opportunities to yourself.
